Based on the Via Header your proxy will forward the response of transaction to  the UA.

How can i forward response messages in stateless proxy ?

 

in the RFC  writen "a stateless proxy does not have any notion of a transaction" 

 

so how i know to where send the response message?

 

A nother thing, I have a working registrar on the same program.
