You can set the final response to be sent from the target user to be 480 temporarily unavailable and thus can achieve the same.
 
RFC 2616 should give you a clear picture to understand the headers and validation of 302 response.

  Can anybody suggest how can i validate the "302 Moved Temporarily" response " in SIP .Here i mean how can i make the SIP user temporarily unavailbe ?
