Hi

Session is subset of dialog.

For any call dialog is must but not session.

dialog is created from to,from and callid.

After dialog established ,if the call is successful and media starts
flowing(RTP) ,then it is said to session established.

For un-successful calls media couldn't established , so there is no session
, but for this also dialog gets created.

For Register request, dialog establishes but there is no media ,so no
session.

Regards
Sesh
