There are two options:
Option-1
Bill should start at point 4 once the Party B pickup the receiver and it
should stop at Point 7 @200OK
Bye is a request came from Party B.

Option-2
If the SDP parameters does not passthrough in INVITE msg then the SDP will
be negotiated at ACK(point-5) .. in that case billing should start from
Point-5 and stop at point - 7
