Hi,

Send INVITE without SDP from UAC to UAS, then there is no possibility to
send media packets before 18x by UAS. Further, SDP Offer and answer will
be done through 18x and PRACK(if supports PRACK)  or   200OK and ACK.

When a UAS receives an INVITE containing the SDP from UAC, the RFC says
that the UAS can start transmitting media packets to the UAC, even if
the UAC didn't receive any 18x response.

Is there any (standard) way to inform UAS to not send early media?
