Subject: ASR Analysis for SIP Trunk Group
Importance: High
We were constantly monitoring ASR in our Trunk Groups and found that ASR [Answer Seizure Ratio] is extremely small in SIP Trunk Group between ZTE ZXC10 GMSC and Huawei MSOFTX3000 MSC.
We took trace on SIP Trunk Group for 20 mins and analyzed the failure codes.
We found striking results:
Failure Codes
Count
Request Terminated 487
244
Temporarily Unavailable 480
37
Server Internal Error 500
38
Busy Here 486
2
Call/Transaction 481
1
Server Timeout 504
12
Not Found 404
1
Total
335
Out of 335 failures, 244 failures are from Failure Code 487
Network Doctors here please help to find out what is the exact problem in the network, so that I can fix it and can increase ASR in our SIP TGs....
Thanks!!!
