Hi,

 

I think there is nothing wrong with from header.

The P-Asserted-Identity contains the number that needs to be displayed to the far end.

With privacy value of ID, the proxy will strip of the P-Asserted-Identity header if sending to non- trusted nodes.

Hi All,

 

I am trying to configure SIP Connect Interface between PBX (Cisco Call Manager Express 172.17.2.6) & SIP Server ( Siemens HiQ 8000 172.17.2.225) .

 

I've two Extensions configured for PBX (1481 & 1482) with a pilot DN (1480); 

& I try to call a phone number outside my PBX, Invite looks like this, Is this VALID considering SIP CONNECT?

As per the SIP Connect Spec, I see 

 

>From should carry Pilot DN, PAI will carry Extension
