[SIPForum-discussion] Soft SIP phone and G.729 codec licensing

Hi Everyone

Can anybody tell me about licensing requirements? If I am building a soft
SIP Phone which will support G729? Do I have to pay anybody?

The PBX manufacturer would have paid for it anyway since the box would
support it, but I am not sure whether I would have to pay or not?
