Hi Amit;

Yes it can. You can search on net via key word "VoIP over HTTP Tunneling". Basiclly client sends SIP and RTP messages over HTTP protocol which is default open (port 80) for internet. To use this service your service provider or your network should seperate HTTP msgs and SIP msgs then use the pure clear SIP and RTP messages for VoIP communication.
