[SIPForum-discussion] Change SDP part

There are two ways you can modify the SDP parameter within a dialog.

1. If the dialog is not confirmed i.e. final response has not been received,
you can use UPDATE method to modify the SDP.

2. If the dialog is confirmed i.e. final response have been received, you
need to use Re-INVITE method to modify the SDP.
