[SIPForum-discussion] Microsoft OCS drops calls @ 32 seconds

Hello all,

First time poster so bear with me.

We have a Nortel cs1000 with Microsoft Office Communications Server set up and configured for IM, Voice, Video, etc. and we keep having this reoccurring issue where from our clients, making an outside call to a non ocs set (ie, mobile phone) the call only lasts for 32 seconds. Incoming calls and ocs to ocs client calls stay up for the duration of the call. We've had this issue in the past, and have managed to "fix" the problem (I think last time I actually changed the last route hop on the mediation server to point to the correct nic in the MCM, I tried this again but it did not work this time), however the 32 second call drop has returned as of Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.

I'm just wondering if anyone out there has a similar set up or is running MS OCS and has seen this issue before and possibly what the resolution was for you.

Thanks.
