[SIPForum-discussion] 484 Address Incomplete

What's the call flow of 484 address incomplete message. Is there any
criteria that it should be preceded by 180 ringing ?? And what kind of tone
does the originating party receive  in case of 484 Address incomplete
message(is it ring back, reorder or any other tone ).

 

Pls. mention some valid scenarios where 484 Address Incomplete message can
be sent.
