[SIPForum-discussion] any experience on SIP stacks

Some observations regarding MetaSwitch:

When used as a B2BUA, MetaSwitch forces re-write of SDP offerings within
the Invite header for the egress call leg and may in some cases offer
codec's that were never listed in the ingress invite.

In regards to the 729 codec, MetaSwitch does not support anything other
than 729AB

MetaSwitch also dictates that all call flows must support g.711 (ulaw or
alaw)

Subject: [SIPForum-discussion] any experience on SIP stacks

Could someone tell me any experience on using Aricent SIP
stack(Flextronic SIP stack), NetBricks SIP stack(Enea) or Metaswitch SIP
stack for SIP servers? How are the SIP performance on these SIP stacks?

Many thanks,

Zhao
