Hi,

I like to know is their any mechanism by which SIP Registrar server
will ask for the again registration by UA.

Let I have a scenario where Server sends a Message XYZ Broad Cast
message and all the SIP User Agent Connected to that network will
again send its registration to the Server.

1) UAS ---------- XYZ Broad Cast message -------------> UAC

2) UAS <---------- Register  ------------- UAC
3) UAS ----------200 OK -------------> UAC
