For session timers generally a REFRESH INVITE mostly and not UPDATE as it
is common that many sip stacks does not support UPDATE mechanism

A Refresh invite is slightly different from a Re-INVITE ,It does not change
the Media capabilities and also if u see the O-Line in the SDP the Session
ID and Session Version will not be incremented like in a Re-Invite.
