I hope we can make use of Private headers in order to transfer
information of number and privacy

(P-Asserted Id) So that Req_uri of any message is not absurd.

Check the number of remote transfers available in the SBC.  They can be
set up to 70 but you may not be resetting the number of remote transfers
sent to you by the network.

As there is call transfe involved, the media negotiation should take
place betwee new parties. You can check that part, may be you can attach
wireshark traces.

Incoming SIP trunk from the service provider.
When a BLOCKED ID call comes in, it is possible to answer, but a
transfer or blind-transfer to a local extension will not work:

The extension rings, it shows "UNKNOWN", the extension can pickup, there
is a one way audio from the extension to the external caller, then the
call gets disconnected after 5 seconds.
