[SIPForum-discussion] a question about "Content-Length"

Hi,

If you send incorrect content length the response depends on the behavior of
UAS ( I.E hwo it has been designed) it may send you 5XX or 4XX or might be
no response. But ideally it should send you 400 BAD request.
