Dear All,
  i have a question about "Content-Length" 

    in   rfc3261  [Page 209]

      a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000I counted about the length of message-bodyit is 148
now i don‘t donw the length is 147 or 148.

 if mistake the length , what will happens?
