ACME packet EMS

My company is purchasing 3 NET-NET 4250 from ACME packet. Specifically NET-NET Session Director(SD) OS. I am curious has anyone had experience with the EMS server and if it is really beneficial for fault isolation and performance management. Any input would be appreciated.
