According to RFC3261 next hop address and routing procedures should be
determined by applying the DNS precedures decribed in RFC 3264.
The default port for sip (udp/tcp) is 5060 not 5061 this is for sips (tls).
To use sips both UA and Proxy need to support it. (registration and routing)
