[SIPForum-discussion] Cant start SER with SERCTL

Hi All!
ser -c work well but when i write "/usr/local/sbin/serctl start
i got error. I also read /var/log/messege/" but could not understand what is problem

here is my terminal commands:
Also attach my ser.cfg file:
plz help!

[root at localhost ~]# ser -c

config file ok, exiting...
[root at localhost ~]# /usr/local/sbin/serctl start

Starting SER : PID file /var/run/ser.pid does not exist -- SER start failed
