Hi Shakthi,

@ is optional in call id field.

ABNF for call id is:
Call-ID	=  	 ( "Call-ID" / "i" ) HCOLON callid
callid	=  	word  [ "@" word ]
word	=  	1*( alphanum    /   "-"   /   "."   /   "!"   /   "%"   /   "*"
/   "_"   /   "+"   /   "`"   /   "'"   /   "~"
/   "("   /   ")"   /   "<"   /   ">"
/   ":"   /   "\"   /   DQUOTE
/   "/"   /   "["   /   "]"   /   "?"
/   "{"   /   "}" )

You can see few example in 3261 as well without @ in call id field(page 209)
