when you say "not matching" are you talking about order of formats in
the m= line being different or are you saying that there is nothing in
common between the offer and the answer ? 

the former is allowed, the latter is not - see RFC 3264

In a scenario when UAC sends initial INVITE without SDP body and UAS
responds with 200 OK (with SDP body) and now UAC sends ACK with
non-matching SDP body what will happen to session ??
