Late media sip call - Early media means exchange of media before the final
response to INVITE. Like caller ring tone which is used before the called
party picks up the call.

There may not be any SDP in the INVITE. In that case first offer would be
there in the first reliable non failure response (acc to RFC 3261 in 200 OK
for INVITE) and hence the corresponding answer would be there in the ACK.

Once the call is established the nature of the session may be updated. Like
from audio call may be the call may shift to video call. In that case we
need a late media negotiation.

Thanks,
Arnab
