Hi Sai,

The To header field in the REGISTER request contains an address of record on
which the registration is created.
The address of record must be and SIP or SIPS URI. According to ABNF SIP URI
can have the following form:
"sip:" [ userinfo ] hostport
where hostport = host [ ":" port ] and host = hostname / IPv4address /
IPv6reference
So from REGISTER message You presented the To header is not correct although
it could be considered correctly
constructed.
There is no "@" so "101" must be considered the hostport part. It is not the
ipv4 and ipv6 address so the only possibility
that has left is hostname, which is wrong.
