[SIPForum-discussion] NO SDP from called party

Hi All,
 
What will happen in the following scenario?
 
A sends invite to B with SDP
we recv 100 trying
180 ringing with no SDP (say if the UA is set to play local ringtone)
200 OK with no SDP
 
Now will A ACK the 200 ok of B and send BYE because it has not received any SDP from B or will ACK 200 OK and the call will get established and there will be one way audio or ACK 200 OK and wait for sometime to see if there is any reinvite from B with SDP?
 
 PLease explain, also point out to any ietf draft or rfc if possible.
