Hi Sumeet,

 

It is only done for any retransmission of NON Invite Request. 

I don't think there is any difference in Retransmission based on type of
response.

You can refer to NON INVITE server transaction State machine for the
same. Section 17.2.2 in RFC 3261.

Are retransmissions of 405 and 501 responses happened in UDP mode, like
for final responses?

 

Note:  405 and 501 responses are sent when component receives Non-Invite
requests which are not implemented or supported by the component
