Hi Junaid,

You can try Syntellect's CT Connect...this product provides a
PBX-independent API that allows applications to monitor extensions (e.g.:
know when an extension is ringing, when a call is answered, etc) and even
control active calls directly (e.g.: transfer a call, disconnect it, etc).
It supports the ECMA CSTA standard and its associated call model.

This product is more than 20-years old and it supports older TDM-based
systems (such as Lucent, Siemens, Nortel, Ericsson, etc) as well as newer
VoIP systems. It doesn't directly use SIP to monitor extensions. Instead, it
uses a CTI-link to the PBX itself to query for extension status and send
specific commands.

I think it might be worth taking a look at it.
