Session is established like:
INVITE --->
                 <---- OK
  ACK ---->
Open RFC3261, somewhere at the beggining you will see illustrated example.
There is also a separate section with examples.
>From my side, I would recommend you to catch the traffic with a sniffer,
then open file in Wireshark. Telephony -> VOIP Calls menu will show you all
that was going on and draw a chart.
Or provide us this file.
