[SIPForum-discussion] cancel after ACK is possible?

Hi Rajesh
       The messages exchanged are INV to ACK. That means call is in conversation stage or sip Session is in established stage. In this situation if client sends CANCEL
       he receives 481. Here client only originates the call.

 if the call is already disconnected and u are sending CANCEL command then this response 481 will be generated .

So, if UAC has received a 2XX response to INVITE, than CANCEL will not have any effect, because there is no "pending" request.
