Hi,
It must be a quoted string.
PAI's ABNF states that it can be constructed as name-addr or addr-spec.
If it is just an addr-spec it doesn't contain display-name part
but if it is name-addr then it can and if it does it must be a quoted string.
PAssertedID-value = name-addr / addr-spec
