[SIPForum-discussion] [SIP Forum Discussion] INVITE request followed by CANCEL

Both SIP proxy and UAC will have timer B active.
in both cases 408 (Request Timeout) response will be returned to TU in each.
That's why proxy (server) willsend a 408 (Request Timeout) response to the
upstream to the caller.
