[SIPForum-discussion] Notify - Call transfer

As per rfc 3515, section 2.4.4, recipient of REFER (once accepts REFER
successfully) must inform status of REFER. It does it by sending NOTIFY,
as REFER indirectly creates subscription.

Hi All,
 
  In the notify message during call transfer I see Message Body
containing SIP frag.
 
 This has 100 trying in it. Why do I see this in Notify message? Can
someone explain please?
