[SIPForum-discussion] Repeat dialing

Hello all,

I'm having some doubts about this service.
I was looking to Vonage site: http://www.vonage.com/features.php?feature=repeat_dialing&refer_id=WEBPR0706010001W1
and I was wondering if this kind of service will work to multiple networks or only the service provider network. If it works in other networks could someone explain to me how will the service know when a call is available?
