HI Osman,
 
An update message is used for updating the SDP details before a call gets established (200 ok) after 200 OK this can be done using ReInvite or
 
Update can be used when Session Timer for a session gets expired as per RFC 4028...
 
  In your situation I dont think it has to do with Session Timer, so I am not sure what's the exact purpose of Update in your call flow...
 
  In your call flow I see Invite with SDP and 18x with SDP, so the Media details are exchanged and now Caller sends Update without SDP, and I dont understand what is it for, so I guess your problem is to do with Update without SDP...
 
 Can you provide us a complete trace of the call showing the details?

Can we able to send UPDATE message without including SDP/Media information.
 
Is it (Conversation like that) possible ?,
 
1-Inivite(sdp)------- User agent 1
2-18x(sdp)----------User agent 2
3- Update(without sdp)--- User agent 1
4- 200 OK(response to Update without sdp)---- User agent 2
5- 200 OK(response to Invite with sdp)---- User agent 2
 
 
At now we are trying that and user agent 2 response with an error. Is it
general situation or an extreme case.
