Fortunato,

We've been implementing IP-PBXs with different SIP trunk Service
Providers across the existing internet connections from our clients. Note,
however,  for every implementation we've deployed SIP-aware firewalls such
as InGate, Intertex or Fortinet in order to do NAT and beef up security.
