[SIPForum-discussion] B-number type in SIP

Hello

SIP does not handle B-Number type like ISUP. Instead, SIP uses concept
"phone-context" on B-Number

Please, refer RFC3966 "The tel URI for Telephone Numbers", specially
chapters "5.1.4. Global Numbers" and "5.1.5. Local Numbers"
