[SIPForum-discussion] 700 ok in response of invite

Hi all 

can anybody tell me what does 700 ok message in sip means.

while gateway is sending INVITE to switch

softswitch return 700 ok to gateway ,
then gatway send a ACK to softswitch 

and after it gateway again send INVITE to softswitch ,

can anybody tell me in what scenerio softswitch send 700 OK  to any gateway ?
