Hi Banu

Hey this is the primary reason because for unreliable network timer A is set
to fire as this timer is used for Invite transcation retransmission interval
for UDP only and UDP is non trusted type of protocol for transport so it
necessary to fire in that case .

But if its using any trusted protocol then timer B is used INVITE
transaction timeout timer
which is 64*T1(T1 is 500ms)
