  Hi gaurav 

        I am agree with your lines. With few doubts. 

  If server sends 1xx without Rseq HF , Then client can send PRACK to server , in this case how the server will came to know that the client has rcvd the 1xx response , bcause the server will came to know only  from the Rack(Rseq which is rcved from the 1xx+ cseq) HF of the PRACK. In this case In the field of Rack what the client will put. Plz clarify
