[SIPForum-discussion] compiling SIPp using Cygwin

Hi All,
 
 I am new to cygwin and SIPp. I followed the link to download SIPp (platform independent)
 
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=104305
 
   then installed Winpcap according to the foll link and next step says compile using "make pcapplay_cygwin" or "pcapplay_ossl_cygwin"
 
  how do i compile this in cygwin? please help me out
