Hi Mario,

I dont know any possible way of sending SMS over SIP.
But you can probably have a gateway(SMPP -> SIP) which converts your SMS to
SIP MESSAGE method (rfc3428). Here you will be using SIP MESSAGE method used
for Instant Messaging.
