Clint,
I am an independant EMEA Consultant for Oracle CCA. It used to be called
Telephony at Work, Oracle Purchased the Company a little over a year ago.
It is a very complete multimedia (Web chat, Email, Voice) UC Contact Centre
product it can communicate with SIP or H.323 Gateways and Agents. I have
integrated it with a multitude of softphones, IP-PBXs (inc Asterisk).
How can I help?
