On the http://www.sipforum.org/sipconnect  web site there is a link at the
bottom for "SIPConnect Technical Recommendation" which is dated March 2006
and expired in 2006.  Is there an updated version of this document that is
not expired?  Even if the information is the same, that fact that it is
published and expired means some vendors are refusing to follow these
recommendations and make adjustments to their SIP devices because the
document is not current.
