[SIPForum-discussion] SIP-based mobility management

Hi everybody!
I am wondering about using SIP for supporting mobility. As I read in one paper: they say that: SIP-based mobility management applied only to real-time communications over UDP; it breaks TCP connections (transparent terminal mobility is not supported).
Please show me the reason.
