Hello, I'm new to SIP Forum and I am a little confused about how all these
things works.

 

Could someone give me a clear and succinct explanation about what really is
SIP Forum?

 

May I use SIP Technology to make VoIP calls from PC-to-PC,  PC-to-Telephone
and Telephone-to-Telephone from my web-based application?
