[SIPForum-discussion] Can we send 183 twice with the change in Media

The same logical UAS (i.e. same dialog) is not allowed to send different SDP in different responses to the INVITE.

If B and B' are separate dialogs (i.e. the to-tag in the two 183 responses are different), then they are two logical UASs and each is sending only one SDP.

          <--------------- 183 Session Progress (Media as B)
          <--------------- 183 Session Progress (Media as B' )


          <--------------- 200 OK (Media as B' )

Will call be established in this case.
