Hello All,

I've seen display names of From Headers formated in both of the following
ways:

Example 1: From: Alice <sip:alice at example.org>;tag=a3343df32

Example 2: From: "Alice" <sip:alice at example.org>;tag=a3343df32

Is one style preferred over another?
