Vivek,

the SBC can relay or not the RTP, it depends on the configuration that you
are using.

About your second question: your SIP client, that isn`t behind the NAT, must
have the latching feature, if it doesn`t have it, the SIP client behind the
NAT will not receive any RTP packets.
