Are you looking at strictly business ITSPs or overall?  If you are
looking at business-focused ITSPs, please read on:

In summary, Cbeyond is the leader in seats with ~440,000, Bandwidth.com
is second nationwide with at 120,000 concurrent call capacity, New
Global Telecom, 8x8 and Junction Networks round out the top 5 with
82,000, 79,970 and 40,000 respectively.
